Just bought a phantom 4. Having same disconnect issue with phantom 4 and DJI go app.Tried on 4 devices iphone7, iPhone6, iPad Air and an older iPad. First I downloaded app to my iphone7 and for a few seconds could view the camera and than disconnected. Downloaded on my wife's phone ipnone6 when she dropped in for lunch and it worked.
